IT Support Technician
CHS Tech Solutions is Looking for a qualified IT Support Technician that has experience working in a business to business environment. We are looking for people that are energetic at tackling new and unusual issues, as well as willing learn and grow their skillset.
- 2 years experience in IT Support, or Associates Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or similar degree
- Experience working with both windows enterprise and linux environment.
- knowledgeable about computer networking
- experience with Active Directory, and exchange mail servers
- experience with a BYOD
One or more of the following certifications:
- Comptia A+ Certification
- Linux+ Certification
- MSCE or MSCA
- CCENT or CCT
- Other professional certifications are a plus
Experience working in Mac OSX
Experience Using Spiceworks, Jira, Zendesk or similar
Experience with using remote desktop software
at CHS Tech Solutions you will be interfacing and working closely with clients on a daily basis. You will be responsible for supporting a wide range of hardware and software, and troubleshooting issues as they occur. You will need to be able maintain front end hardware such as:
- Voip Phones
- Cell Phones
As well as enterprise level hardware:
- Windows Servers
- Linux Servers
- Cloud Storage
- Open Source VOIP software
You will need to be able to support enterprise and small business software and operating systems, our clients use a wide variety of devices and software. This includes, but isn't limited to email (clients and software), all versions of windows, Mac OSX, both linux desktop and linux servers.
You will be responsible for servicing and repairing computers and should be able to troubleshoot and replace components.
